The 1 for 1 promo (the “promo”) is open to select UnionBank cardmembers who received an email from UnionBank of the Philippines to join the promo.
Promo will run from May 20, 2021 until June 15, 2021.
The promo is open to:

all existing UnionBank of the Philippine’s (the “UnionBank”) Customer who’s enrolled in the UnionBank Mobile App (referred to as the “referrer”) will get a P150.00 worth of GrabFood voucher (referred to as the “reward”) for every successful new UnionBank debit account opened within the promo period (referred to as the referral).
all new to bank customers who were referred by the referrer will get a P150.00 worth of GrabFood voucher (referred to as the “welcome gift”) for a successfully opened account within the promo period.

The promo is not open to third-party service providers of UnionBank who is involved in the business of soliciting UnionBank accounts. To qualify for the reward:

The referral must have successfully opened a UnionBank debit account via the UnionBank Online App within the promo period.
The referral inputted the referrer’s referral code in his/her UnionBank Mobile App referrer tab.
The referrer must refer at least one (1) successful new UnionBank debit account holder.
The referral funded his/her account with at least P7,000.00 and maintained the account with a minimum balance of P7,000.00 within three (3) months from date of open.

To qualify for the welcome gift:

The referral must successfully open an account via the UnionBank Mobile App within the promo period.
The referral must fund his/her account with at least P7,000.00.
The referral must maintain his/her account with a minimum balance of P7,000 for 3 months from date of open.

The qualified referrer will receive an email confirmation (through his/her registered email address in the system) of his/her eligibility to receive the P150.00 GrabFood Voucher sixty (30) business days from end of the promo period. The email will contain the details on how to redeem his reward.

The referrer may be rewarded up to ten (10) GrabFood Vouchers only.
The referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing his/her referral code, he/she will not use UnionBank’s trademarks, service marks, logos, symbols, or brand names, or identify UnionBank in advertising, promotional or marketing communications or correspondence with his/her Referrals.
The referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing his/her referral code, he/she will not represent or misrepresent that he/she is acting for or on behalf of UnionBank.
The referrer agrees and undertakes that when sharing his/her referral code, he/she will not make false claims about UnionBank, its products, or the application process. False claims or any unauthorized action may result in the disqualification of the Referrer from the promo.
The referrer agrees and undertakes that when participating in the promo, he/she cannot use the promo as a platform for selling UnionBank debit cards. Abuse or any unauthorized action may result in the disqualification of the referrer from the promo.
The referrer agrees and undertakes that he/she will not allow a third party to share his/her unique link on his/her behalf.
The referral must personally complete his/her UnionBank debit card application and not allow the referrer or a third party to complete on his/her behalf.
In case of dispute with respect to the referrer’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment, etc., UnionBank’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes for the Promo shall be resolved by UnionBank with concurrence of DTI.

REDEMPTION MECHANICS

On UnionBank Online Mobile App Dashboard tab, click “Voucher Wallet”
Select the P150 GrabFood Voucher and click “OPEN GIFT”
Select “CLAIM VOUCHER” and confirm the redemption to reveal the Voucher Code.
Download the Grab App via Google Playstore or App Store
On your Grab app, choose “Food” and your delivery location
Select the restaurant you wish to order from
Choose your menu and click “Offer”
Enter Grab e-Voucher code and confirm your order to redeem
The free gift cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts.
All unredeemed GrabFood Voucher Codes after the Redemption Period will be forfeited.
In case of dispute with respect of UnionBank only and the customers’ availment of promo, the decision of UnionBank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of UnionBank and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
